@chris Blood and soil are a real part of people at almost, if not actually, a genetic level. Research has shown genetic connections to beliefs in things like nationalism, disgust reactions, etc. It's never going away, and it's best to acknowledge that reality instead of trying to supress it with lies of kumbaya unity. There are many many steps between dislike of a person or group and genocide, and somehow the only people who understand this are the ones who are, per Nuremberg code, actively being genocided albeit at a softer almost opiate esque way.
