But from a practical design aspect what the crap, what happens if someones name is more than like 7 letters long, do you know how small text has to get to fit more than 8 letters onto a badge in a single line and it have to be engraved in metal?

Is there a bureau of ultra thin typography at the Mega-City One precinct??
