It becomes significantly more expensive if you plan on towing it around like a nomad wagon.
You'd need a vehicle strong enough to pull it reliably and often (expensive to own and expensive to operate) People often overlook the wear and tear on your vehicle which adds up very fast.
I meant it more as a stationary solution if you own a parcel of land (cheaper than buying the right vehicle)
