@Paultron @BowsacNoodle @Ghislaine Yeah most of the 'bad transformation from steroids' cases are usually because the person stopped working out abruptly due to injury or something unrelated like an accident or disease or age related issues and stopped everything like diet, training, steroids, at once. All, I repeat ALL actors in their 40s and 50s that look buff for roles are on them and they're all fine.
