@uastronomer @deathkitten @FractalEcho I'm an English speaker (and sometime journalist) from a former British colony, and it never correctly recognised non-US English idioms and got a number of British English spellings and constructions wildly wrong.
I liked its layout for proofing, but its actual suggestions have always been hot garbage. Not as bad as Google Docs' have been since they turned on the "AI", mind.
(Obviously, I'm de-clouded, but not all my clients are, so I still get to see this stuff)
