Personalized books kind of kill the point of books to me.

I like my books written by a fellow person, who can offer me ideas I wouldn’t think of or combine in that fashion myself.

And then, because that book is the same for everyone, I can talk to even more different people about their surprising insights about that same book.

Even when we personalize it with to fan fiction, we share it again, and it is non-personalized to those readers.
