in Guattari's practice at La Borde, literally just restructuring the institution around collective decision-making and giving all of the patients autonomy and the freedom to work different jobs in La Borde, removing the boundaries between patients and staff, lead to drastic improvements in their symptoms. this is just a small-scale experiment of what could be possible if society as a whole actually gave a fuck about NDs and allowed for them to work in roles better suited to their neurotypes
