Not only is it an open secret that a lot of more realistic artists have that kind of reference, but some pedos will trace over random pictures of kids they find online. One high profile example was when Sophie Labelle, the artist of Assigned Male (a "trans kid" comic), was caught with a diaper furry fetish alt account doing literally this. Sophie would be persona-non-grata at many events if not for identifying as such given how huge this scandal was on Twitter.
