@icedquinn @nyoom @dushman @mischievoustomato @Coyote @a1ba I don't think Oracle can sue, because it's not the CDDL that's being violated (it's a weak copyleft license after all even proprietary would be fine), it's the GPL of the Linux kernel.

And I'd doubt anyone could sue, like you'd force to release code? It's already released and everyone knows it's effectively never going to be under a compatible license (What you want to sue Oracle? Of all the corporations?).
Money? I guess don't sell the bundle.
