@Tony Call Airgas or whatever local bottled gas supply companies and get prices for a steel CO2 tank and refills. Steel is refillable. Also check a local beverage suppliers. You definitely want steel. A 10 lb steel co2 tank is like 6-8 kegs of beer, so probably 1/3 that of soda water since it's flat going in.
