I was starting to get paranoid that I was being discriminated against, but I figured out that Indeed and Linkedin just suck. Companies routinely delete jobs and repost them to bump them on the site. Every time they do this, your application is lost. When I started emailing and calling directly I finally saw results.

This is not to say I'm not very aware of all the leaks coming out about hiring as few straight white males as possible.
