DB@tokyo_0 @VOANews I don't know the Bar rules in Georgia or their prosecutors handbook, but there may not be a conflict of interest that would require recusal. Its bad "optics" and an error in my opinion because it gives Trump and Co the opportunity for mudslinging and further delay.
