Eventually, I'm gonna set up a NicecrewTV channel just for Cajun cooking and some Italian here and there. I'll have some great recipes for people. Everything from stews, gumbo, smoked meats, stuffed artichokes, jerky, etc, etc. All with good high-quality meat and none of the meme shit I talk about on here. I may sound like a jackass when I'm on here, but I take cooking with pride.
