The reality is that the tech literacy is so low now, thanks to smartphones, that they don't know the options are there, they couldn't use it if they wanted it and most importantly, they don't have the skill and literacy needed to understand exactly WHY it's needed and how to actually properly mitigate the problems whether it's by their own hands of some laws needs to be made
