Michael Lewis@clacke Thanks. Yes, my wife is hitting her 20 year anniversary with her employer this year, and they're giving her an extra 5 days off and £2K to spend on travel (so we're planning a nice holiday:-) I was just forgotten about at my current (soon to be ex) employer.
