Today is the last day of my "No Sweets no Snacks January" aka #NoSweetsForAMonth
I know this is not interesting for most of you, but doing this in public keeps me motivated and focused.
So time for a little retrospective🧵
Why am I doing this?
a) I eat too much sweets (waaay to much)
b) Jan 1st I stepped on the scales for the first time in a long time and couldn't believe my eyes.
Never in my entire life had I ever >90kg. My feel-good weight is below 80.
