So I went to check with my upstairs neighbors to see if they mistakenly closed a valve in the utility room. They were unaware of the outage & don't have access to the utility room either. So the 70 year old man looks up the town's postings on Facebook which says an 8-in pipe broke & thousands of people were out of water. Nothing on the city website, 1 local news site article on it, but all the info is on Facebook.
