Please do keep in mind, this does not at all mean the feds can't do something about the armed Christian Nationalist joining Abbot's almost certainly illegal border policing operation and or stop folks who literally try to secede. Those are purely criminal matters and nothing there triggers a SCOTUS case that can be used to end federalism.

But if he moves on Abbot/Texas before someone says Simon Says, he gives the fash everything they want. I assume his DoJ knows this.
