Evan Prodromou@samir I think our massively distributed network is a source of strength and weakness. Strength, in that there are a LOT more moderators per user than on commercial networks, and most users feel empowered to participate in moderation decisions. Weakness, because we have diffusion of responsibility; everyone can shrug and say it's not their job to fix it. Also, weakness because we have very few trained, professional trust and safety people.
