Its signal strength seems to vary quite a bit, it’s currently unclear whether that is a propagation thing or the emitter itself, or maybe both. ‘Double pulses’ out of sync have also been observed at certain frequencies, suggesting a second emitter, however that’s all guesswork. Origin is likely European based on signal strength measured at different locations (kiwisdr network) and some very coarse triangulations puts is at central/south Europe, but we need A LOT more bearings from European hams to be more precise.
