They've been ramping up the rhetoric around this stuff but they've been running it in very counterproductive directions. I'm curious to see what such a "victory" looks like, what it's grounds are, and what the system is willing to sacrifice (in terms of exercising power vs. Maintaining some semblance of legitimacy)
