Oof this is a tough one anon. There’s something to be said about not being to accept compliments that you don’t already believe. That self acceptance piece is so important. That said, my favorite compliments to get are ones that come from a place of genuine admiration for who I am as a person or something I’ve worked hard to achieve. It’s nice to be told you’re attractive, but it’s affirming to hear that you’re appreciated and noticed and recognized
