It’s wild that there’s enough of us for it to be kind of a trope, but ultimately we are a minority within a minority within a minority. I’m not sure I have helpful advice since I’m in kind of a unique and privileged position with work. It is definitely frustrating to face transphobia, homophobia, sexism, and ableism all at once when you’re just trying to get your work done. I’m sorry that you’re having to deal with it all 🫂 I rely pretty heavily on therapy personally
