Richard "RichiH" HartmannWhen I joined the #FOSDEM network team in 2010 or so, we managed to get down from "done with setup at 02:00 to 09:00" (the latter with two opening talks prepared, one for "welcome", one for "sorry, no WiFi", literally radioing in "go with normal welcome" five(?) minutes after the opening talk was supposed to start like in a bad movie. Same as with the beer event and catering, other staff have started to call this process of Richih gets annoyed "to Germanize". Make of that what you will.
