can I make a request

for some reason, and this could be 100% a me problem, I find calc ugly
it just looks bad on my screen
maybe this is cause I am used to excel; dunno

also the whole GUI for scattergrams sucks; the options are the wrong one, the defaults are wont, etc etc
there are all sorts of great programs (or were) like Kaleidagraph, you can use as models
I understand that free advice (me) is worth what you pay for it, or possibly less
