abm0@thomasfuchs To be fair, when Marxism started spreading in hostile environments it was also presented as philosophy, and Marx stealth-quoted as "a German philosopher explains that xyz" etc. Philosophy isn't only the ideas about life and the universe that you happen to agree with.
