@georgia @retropikzel_ Yup, because souls aren't technology, you could say they're an unknown in current science, like as far as I know, we haven't managed to create one artificially, not even a bootleg like Frankenstein monster.
In fact one way I'd explain that is how "cloning" is more like creating artificial twins, so two very distinct beings, even if they had the exact same experience/memories.
