@mekkaokereke I just want to know why Bimbo (the giant bakery company) wants to fly my brother in-law to "Pittsburgh, Vegas, or Chicago" to attend DEI training.

He spends his day repairing giant machines that make bread. Why should he fly across the country to go to DEI training when he could just watch a video? How is this a good use of money? What a terrible carbon footprint for something that could absolutely be done remotely.
