One time after a work Xmas party where we all got drunk as fuck down at the Come Back Inn I stood in their parking lot in the snow for TWO HOURS because no cab would show up to pick up our group. Dispatch kept giving me the runaround. This was before Uber/Lyft was in the city. They kept telling me the cab was on the way and they just never showed up.
