    @pry how distributed? erlang/BEAM's built in process system is very nice, and scales pretty well, but starts to run into issues around 100 nodes, from what i can tell
    i've read some papers on alternative frameworks that run on BEAM that let you distribute further, with fewer guarantees; if you would like some pointers
