    @Dan_Ramos @philcolbourn Sorry, I interpreted it as access to "charging support". Not mandating that every home actually have a charger. Very different things.

    Another example. I want kitchens to be mandated to have a 15A circuit for connecting an oven. They don't actually have to have the oven. Just the option to be able to put one in without having to have the electrician run new cables.
