The "Karen" meme was an interesting evolution because it originally didn't have to do anything with race and then simultaneously a dozen "news" agencies reported it as a white woman thing. The idea that only white people are rude to customer service is obviously moronic to anyone who has actually worked customer service, something I am assuming that a lot of journalists avoided by being airdropped by their wealthy parents into propaganda jobs for the mass media.
