@thegreatape I watched a documentary years ago about amsterdam and they showed these parking stalls on the outskirts for illegal prostitutes. they're almost all trafficked foreigners. A lot of people want young girls. The law can't supply that so there's still an illegal market. The city can't fully stop it so they do things to try to make the illegal activity less dangerous.
