Evan Prodromou@tom I don't know if it's "the" plan, but it's definitely "a" plan. And if someone were to try to execute such a plan, immiseration of the Palestinians in Gaza, destruction of civilian infrastructure, and pushing civilians toward the Egypt border would all fit in with the plan.
