I tend to believe if the US had the logistical means to do so in the early 1800's, they would have packed our people into boxcars too. As it is, they did their butchering with death marches and diseases, and had far more time to do so. Which casts a longer shadow, a gas chamber or the US cavalry, does not matter. We need these monsters to be banished to the past.
