@argv_minus_one Non-rubes in the bottom 80% of the economic pigpile can see everyone around them being squeezed within an inch of their life regardless of the fake & cooked statistics showing “improvement” - meanwhile Blue Team consultants are gnashing their teeth, “inflation is down, why don’t these fucking rubes believe us when we tell them things are better for them” (because the cooked statistics exclude food & energy prices that actual people with souls have to worry about) - we’re getting to the point where non-rubes don’t believe a word of the garbage Democrats are selling after the last 15 years of Democrats selling garbage.

Prosecute some people for 2008. Pay literally any attention at all to the tens of millions living in precarity, as opposed to the elite Democrat base. Then maybe we can talk about Democrat “economic achievements” for working people with a straight face.
