@hosford42 I had this problem. Still do, if I’m not careful. For me it was getting enough fats and protein, as I don’t struggle with getting enough carbs. If I’ve played sport the day before I’ll now add a heaped tablespoon of protein powder (rice, pea, hemp etc) to my morning cereal or smoothie. Makes a massive difference, it gets rid of my cravings. Can recommend giving it a try to see what it does to your hunger, it can’t hurt.
That or make a big tofu scramble and eat the whole thing 😛
