One of the most commonly cited reasons for blocking FSE is "Content which is illegal in Germany". Apparently they don't allow loli there; FSE does not, either. But they also do not allow "hate speech" and they do not allow swastikas and they have fascist levels of bookkeeping requirements.

This is accurate, but it does mean that if you are using Hetzner, you have to avoid pissing off anyone that thinks it's okay to narc.
