Another example for the great ideas implemented in @phanpy, an #opensource #Mastodon web app:

When someone posts a mega-thread in your feed in quick succession, it gets abbreviated. This only happens for long threads, but it makes the timeline much more readable. Looking at you, monsterdon friends - thanks to this feature, I don't have to keyword-mute! ;)
