My customers appreciate having workers at their house tgat aren’t terrifying ex-cons or pre-cons. they probably wouldn’t admit it, but deep down they like seeing clean-cut white guys show up. I’ll admit it took years to claw my way into this. some trades are not like this, stay out of roofing for example
