It's not like I'm using or really want them. But that would be gender affirming surgery, so is verboten without a non-binary GRC, and you can't get a non-binary GRC, so instead I have to go through several lengthy and entirely unnecessary surgical procedures when one, relatively simple one, would have sufficed.
