davidpmaurer@joeo10 i have a little bit of a different take on the isms. each economic system has merits, but the failure of every one is that hoomins are involved. no system will ever be beautiful and perfect and fair because acquisitiveness is hardwired into hominids (watch a video of a chimp given too many oranges for an example), and the folks that most hoomins choose to lead lean more aquisitive. like the trope about priests and pedophiles, no one who wants the job is a good choice.
