Unfortunately there's still a non-zero number of reactionary "centrist dems" who continue to blame all of the nation's problems on the 'far-left' like Bernie and the Squad, because it's easier to point a finger than to look in the mirror.

I wouldn't be surprised if some of them are fake, but others are just zealouts who probably would've voted for trump over Bernie out of spite.
