I think it's more like we don't have any "based" leaders who are out for white people as a whole, but rather their own power. But sometimes the needs of the leader causes them to act in our interests. Like Stalin purging jews in the USSR post-WWII, it was done for his power but it also saved Russia from a worse fate.
