I haven't seen any reports like this. I'd hope that they are pretty rare.

But also, each server gets to set its own rules. If there's a server with a rule that they don't allow any commercial posts at all, then an artist who wants to make a commercial post should do so through one of the vast majority of servers where it's okay to do so.
