Kit Bashir@adora it’s the first one I’ve done in over a decade. But I’m since told that parcular company is notorious for their awful hiring process. When I hired something like 100 developers in 7 years as a head of engineering it was one interview where we just chatted. We experimented briefly with tests for ops roles (a real turn off for the candidates, and results not useful).
