@thomasfuchs When I was a kid, my mom used to make cookie dough, roll it into a tube shape, then freeze it for baking at a later date.
She could then just cut off cookie slices as needed.

Weird how there was rarely any left in the freezer when she looked. 🤔

I admit nothing, but clearly the warning is unfounded.
