I appreciate these thoughts you are sharing. I don't really care about this drama or whatever. But on a couple occasions I have had to meditate conflict and make decisions. The right decisions isn't always just excommunicating people. And it's kinda toxic

And yeah there always hard and had backlash when one bothers to try to tread the line and argue for a response between excommunicating and letting stuff slide. It's a massive issue in person and online with people getting along and personal skills. So I think what u are saying is actually a really important principle just for social dynamics to function.

So I appreciate what ur saying and I think it's really important and something that more people need to learn for social relationships to not just constantly implode under a little stress and conflict.
