I mean it usually works well enough, the bad ones eventually cross the line, many turn a bit nicer as they integrate.

I'd rather be a little slower to act and give someone a chance than to act too quick. But then again thats also why I try to keep a variety of people as equals on a mod team, to keep me in check when i am "too neutral"
