@ChristiJunior @rlier23 @sjw at this point if you are on PC according to my estimate Saints Row 3 is probably still your mechanically best option for city sandbox mayhem though Just Cause 2 is functional for the same at a slightly bigger scope. Maybe Watch Dogs 2? But that doesn't make the mayhem as fun...
